RAZOR Management is a talent management and consulting company. Founder and President Ric Williams has been in the entertainment industry for many years and previously owned WQ Talent Management in Hollywood where he also served on the Board of Directors of the Talent Managers Association. After that he became a licensed and bonded Talent Agent in Hollywood for many years.

Before entering the entertainment industry he served as a senior executive for many Fortune 500 companies and also worked with many companies in a consultant relationship.

Mr. Williams received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Washington and has a Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from Western States University, College of Law.
